Our QMS is defined by our objectives to furnish high quality end products and services, on time within budget, resulting in customer satisfaction.

Grand Eagle is committed to providing the highest quality MEP services to our client by:


  • • Consistently meeting or exceeding client's expectations for quality and performance.
  • • Timely delivery of projects and services to meet client's requirements.
  • • Continuously improve the effectiveness of the QMS by evaluation, feedback and verification of processes at all stages of the supply and installation of MEP Systems.
  • • Reduce waste and inefficiency wherever found.
  • • Identify the root cause of non-conformities and subsequent elimination of the same.
  • • Ensuring personnel are properly trained so they are better able to serve customers.
  • • Promote a quality-in-all-we-do philosophy with a total company effort and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • • Review and refine QMS on regular basis.
